Chief Executive Officer

Sr. Samuel Tan

Sr Samuel Tan is a highly accomplished Malaysian professional with a wealth of experience in various fields. He has a proven record of success in managing and developing businesses, as well as expertise in real estate and property management.

His contributions to the Iskandar Malaysia and Johor Bahru City Centre Rejuvenation Committee have been invaluable, and he has been recognized for his outstanding service to society. We are honored to have Sr Samuel Tan as a member of our community.

Executive Director

Sr. Tan Wee Tiam

Sr Tan Wee Tiam is a Malaysian with over 30 years of experience in the real industry. He is a Registered Valuer and Licensed Agent with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVEAP).

Wee Tiam has been involved in real estate investment sales, market studies, and regularly contributes his views on the property market to the media. He has structured and concluded a diverse range of deals, including Sale-and-Lease Back of investment grade industrial properties for REITs, built-to-suit factories/warehouses for clients, and sold development lands via Tender.
